Orders are confirmed upon successful payment authorization. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store payment card details.

All Connecta LED products placed on the market comply with applicable European Union product safety and conformity requirements and bear the CE marking where required.

The CE marking indicates conformity with relevant EU directives, including safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and environmental requirements applicable to the product category.

9. Warranty

Products are covered by a statutory warranty in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, use with incompatible power supplies, or failure to follow installation instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence within the EU.
