Return and Refund Policy

1. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email: admin@connectaled.com.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction in a 14 days.

5. Return of Goods

Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have communicated your withdrawal.

6. Return Shipping Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.

7. Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

8. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to remedies in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, including repair, replacement, or refund.
