Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped using Post Express, our selected logistics and postal service provider for international deliveries.
4. Shipping Time
Due to cross-border delivery, estimated shipping time is:
- 7–10 business days for deliveries within the European Union
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and local postal services.
5. Shipping Costs
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping model:
- Flat shipping fee: €5.00 per order for EU destinations
Shipping costs are displayed clearly during checkout before the order is finalized.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments within the European Union, additional customs duties are generally not applicable. Any local taxes or charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
